If you want to upgrade or downgrade one of your servers and you are on the new NiTROPanel, then you can do this very easily.
All you need to do;
1. Go to services and select the server that you want to either Upgrade or Downgrade.
2. Click the drop down on the product and click Upgrade/Downgrade.
3. There will be options for all the different packages you can have, select the one you want.
4. If you are upgrading, you will need to pay an invoice for the upgrade, if you are downgrading, then it will work automatically.
If you have any problems with this, just contact support. Note, you will need to restart the server after, for it to take effect.
