Windows: Open up command prompt by either searching for cmd or typing cmd into run. Once open, type "ping" followed by your servers IP without the port. Press enter and this will make 4 ping requests to your server with the response time. A ping between 1 and 80 is fine and would not effect your game play.
How to Trace Route your server
Windows: Open up command prompt by either searching for cmd or typing cmd into run. Once open, type "tracert" followed by your servers IP without the port. Press enter and this will trace the route your connection takes to get to our servers, once complete, you will need to paste the result to us in a ticket so we can diagnose it.
