General
- Restart your server from the control panel - If this does not work, stop the server and wait 10 seconds, then start it again.
- Ensure you are connecting to the right IP and Port. The full ip and port are written in the TCadmin panel.
Source/OrangeBox servers
- Run the steam updater from within the control panel. Â This will replace any bad or missing files.
- Start your server on a default map like de_dust2, and remove any addons that you added recently.
Minecraft servers
- Update the server. Use the mod installer, or upload it via our FTP client. Remember to stop the server before doing it!
- Rename your world folder - This will generate a new world while still keeping the old one and will allow you to make sure that your world isnt preventing the server from loading.
- Remove your plugins - A bad plugin may be preventing the server from starting. Â If the server starts working after removing all plugins, add them back one by one until you find the broken plugin; Â See if there is an update for the broken plugin.
- Check your server log, it usually gives some information as to why a server isn't loading.
