To cancel your service with us follow these few simple instructions below:
1. Login to your client area here (http://nitrous-networks.co.uk/billing/clientarea.php)
2. Click on "Services" at the top and then click "My Services"
3. Click "View Details" next to the service you want to cancel
4. Click on "Management Actions" and then click on "Request Cancellation"
5. Type in a reason in the box and select if you want immediate cancellation or at the end of your billing period and then press submit
